MAIN ENTERANCE / LOBBY

  •  Dust and damp clean reception workstation.

  •  Dust and damp clean lobby furniture.

  •  Clean and sanitize reception telephone.

  •  Empty receptionist wastebasket and recycling,

then replace with new liners and transport
trash/recycling to designated area for removal.

  •  Clean and remove all finger marks from all

entry doors, inside vestibule door glass, and all
lobby and corridor interior glass partitions daily.

  •  Remove finger marks from all painted walls.

  •  Remove all cobwebs.

  •  Clean metal bright work, including baseboard unit, window frames, etc.

  •  Dust mop and damp mop hard surface flooring while paying close attention to door jams.

  •  Empty smoking urns at front and rear door.

  •  Return all furniture to original position.

  •  Vacuum all carpet.

  •  Remove all cobwebs.

ELEVATORS:

  •  All inside elevator panels would be wiped cleaned of fingerprints, smudges, etc.

frames, ducts, heating outlets, etc.

  •  High dust above hand height all horizontal surfaces including shelves, sills, partitions,

  •  Empty, clean, and sanitize all waste containers and recycling receptacles.

  • Small (10-50 Attendees) $30/ Hour

  • Medium (51-200 Attendees) $40/Hour

  • Large (200+ Attendees)$50/Hour

  • NOTE: BOOKING HOURS FOR PORTER/EVENT CLEANING STARTS AT A MINIMUM OF 5 HOURS.


DURING EVENT CLEAN UP

  • Make sure the garbage cans are always empty

  • Keep the bathrooms well-stocked at all times

  • Ensure that your restrooms are stocked, cleaned and odor-free.

NOTE: The clients are responsible for providing toilet paper etc. for restocking.​

  • Keep the floor clean and clear of debris

  • Plan for any cleaning emergency. 

  • Spot mopping and spill clean up

 

POST- EVENT CLEAN UP

  • CHAIRS: Wiped down ,DISINFECTED, STACKED and Placed in requested destination.

  • TABLES: Wiped down, DISINFECTED, STACKED and Placed in requested destination.

  • Empty the garbage cans AND replaced with clean trash bags.. 

  • TRASH: Removed and Bagged from tables, floors, grounds and placed in designated area.

NOTE: Trash disposal from the event to a designated dumpster will be a additional fee of $ 5.00 per full
capacity bags.

  • Wipe down and disinfect counters and sinks

  • Spot Clean Sticky Stains

  • Clean guest fingerprints off mirrors and windows

  • Collect the debris
